PURPOSE:To obtain the titled conveniently handleable and tasty cream, containing an additive consisting of glycine and milk proteins and having excellent keeping quality, improved preservation quality as well as good tasting property. CONSTITUTION:A cream containing glycine and milk proteins, preferably at 1:0.5-3.0 (solid) ratio. Furthermore, the amount of the glycine is preferably >=1%.
