PURPOSE:To improve the zero point accuracy, in a tire puncture detector for vehicle running on a track, by correcting zero point before arriving to a load detector located in the downstream by means of a signal detected through an axle pass detector located on the track. CONSTITUTION:When a tire 11 passes through pressure receiving members 61, 62, the pressure receiving member 61 outputs an axle pass detection signal. Here, the detection signal is inputted to a zero point correction circuit 66 so as to make zero point correction of a load detector 83. Here, the pressure receiving members 61, 62 of the axle pass detector are arranged in the upstream of the load detector 83 at the distance S being determined by a specific formula I based on the maximum operating speed Vkm/h and the time Taz necessary for correction process. With such arrangement, zero point is corrected immediately before starting of puncture detection through the load detector, resulting in the improvement of zero point accuracy.
