PURPOSE:To attain efficient key operation even for a person unskillful for key operation by providing a foot operating section operationable by a foot and having a key member whose key function is set optionally. CONSTITUTION:The foot operating section 20 is fitted to a support base 21 while a key section 22 is depressed and restored. The key section 22 consists of the 1st-3rd keys 23-25, which are operated by a foot and fitted obliquely to the support base 21 in the restoring state for offering ease of operation. The key function is set optionally for 1st-3rd keys 23-25, and provided with functions of cursor moving key, KANA(Japanese syllabary)/KANJI(Chinese character) conversion key and shift key to be used frequently in the word processing.
