PURPOSE:To change movement with a simple structure and without friction and backlash by revolving a revolving shaft with a pivot as a fulcrum in the plane of X-Y axes and transmitting the displacement of a partition-film installing position to an X-Y axes direct acting mechanism via said partition film. CONSTITUTION:When displacement is given to a measuring needle 12, a revolving shaft 3 is revolved centering around a pivot 22 and the installing position of a partition film 20 on the top end is displaced. Since the rigidity of the partition film 20 is low in the thick wall direction of film and high in the right angle direction, its displacement can be accurately transmitted to X, Y axes direct acting mechanisms 16, 17, deflecting parallel leaf springs 31, 32, 38, 39, the reaction of which generates measuring pressure in a measuring needle 12, and its displaced quantity is detected by X, Y axes detectors 18, 19. Since the X, Y axes direct acting mechanisms 16, 17 are place at a right angle to each other and the displacement spring constants in the X and Y axis directions are the same, the displacement vector in the X-Y plane of the measuring needle 12 is accurately resolved, absorbing variation in the height direction of the measuring needle 12 by the deflection of the partition film 20.
