发明名称 TREATMENT OF FLUE CINDER
摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To efficiently recover Cu from flue cinder contg. Cu and Pb at a high yield by adding SiO2, CaO and specific amt. of carbonaceous material to the flue cinder contg. Cu and Pb, reducing the same by heating and melting and separating Pb in the resultant metal by oxidation. CONSTITUTION:SiO2 and CaO are added as a fluxing agent to the flue cinder which consists essentially of Cu and Pb and is generated in a smelting stage for copper smelting and further, coke is added as a reducing agent at 6-10% of the amt. of the flue cinder. These materials are heated to 1,150-1,250 deg.C to melt in such strong reduction atmosphere, by which the greater part of Cu and part of Pb in the flue cinder are reduced to obtain the metal. The slag contg. <=2% Cu and the balance Pb is then separated. SiO2 is added as a slag agent to the Cu and Pb metals and air or the like is blown thereto to selectively oxidize the Pb in the metal and to separate the same as oxidized slag. Since the slag contains some Cu, the slag is returned to the first of the above- mentioned stage. The resultant Cu metal is returned to the above-mentioned copper smelting stage.</p>
