<p>PURPOSE:To reduce the generation of the noise of a heat exchange unit by reducing the generation of vibration of a panel having a small piece, by a method wherein the panel, having a small piece, out of panels with which to form the casing of a heat exchange unit is formed with a damping steel sheet. CONSTITUTION:A bottom panel 2, a partition panel 4, and a left side panel 33 are formed with a damping steel sheet integrally formed by nipping filmy resin 39 with a thickness (b) of 0.1mm between two steel sheets 38 with a thickness (a) of 0.4mm. During operation of a heat exchange unit 1, a compressor 15 and a fan 27 are run. When the number of revolutions of the compressor 15 and vibration of the compressor 15 is increased, the vibration are apt to be propagated to a left side panel 33 the rigidity of which is decreased, a back panel 3, and a partition panel 4, secured only at a few spots by screws, through a bottom panel 2. However, since the left side panel 33, a back panel 3, and the partition panel 4 are formed by a damping steel sheet, production of vibration can be reduced.</p> |
