PURPOSE:To make it difficult for printed parts to be peeled off by a method wherein composition of polyethylene as a principal component blended, with ethylen-vinyl acetate copolymer is extruded in the shape of a tube having irregu larities on its surface, onto which labels are printed, crosslinked and inflated under heat. CONSTITUTION:Composition of polyethylene as a principal component blended, with ethylen-vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA) is extruded in the shape of a tube having fine irregularities of 10-20mum on its surface. In this case, the compounding ratio of EVA to the total composition is set to be 20-40% by weight. Onto the resultant extruded tube, proper labels are printed in printing ink or the like. Next, said tube is crosslinked by being irradiated with electron rays or the like and conventionally inflated under heat so as to heat-treat the ink, which is applied on the tube by printing, in order to change the ink into a hardened matter, which is very difficult to be peeled off. Thus, the peeling resistance of print is improved. |
