PURPOSE:To improve the combustion efficiency of fuel oil and save fuel consumption, by a method wherein an oil passing hole is formed on the magnetic member of two different poles, the projection of the pole is formed at the end opposing to the magnetic member and fuel oil is passed from the oil passing hole in one magnetic member to discharge it through the oil passing hole of the other magnetic member. CONSTITUTION:The direction of the combination 12 of permanent magnets is determined so that two sets of magnetic members 4 are provided with different polarities. Fuel oil, introduced from a fuel tank into a casing 2 through an inlet port 7, passes through a passageway 21, formed by the outer peripheral surface of the permanent magnet 3 and the inner peripheral surface of the casing 2, a groove 9, a passageway 19 and the oil passing hole 17 of a magnetic member 4, then, is discharged into the space of the projections 16 of poles, whereat two sets of magnetic members 4 are opposed. A partitioning member 24 is positioned between two sets of projections 16 of poles and the fuel oil, discharged out of one oil passing hole 17, is sent to an internal combustion engine from a discharging port 8 through the oil passing hole 17 of the other magnetic member 4 to burn it. When the fuel oil passes through the space between projections 16 of the poles, whereat two sets of magnetic members 4 are opposed, it detours by the partitioning member 24 and receives the effect of magnetic forces from the projections 16 two times in total whereby a combustion efficiency in the internal combustion engine may be improved due to the physical and chemical changes, effected by the magnetic forces. |
