PURPOSE:To make it possible to supply stably a molding material, by putting the molding material for preparing an artificial marble in a hopper, adding a sufficiently high pressure on it, dropping the molding material from a supplying hole located on a lower part of a hopper on a mold surface and curing it. CONSTITUTION:When an artificial marble is prepared, a molding material 2 for preparing the artificial marble such as a polyester resin and so on where a pattern forming material is being dispersed is put in a hopper 1, and a lid 6 is put on it. A pressure which is sufficiently higher than a head pressure is applied on the molding material 2 in the hopper 1 from a pressure supplying pipe 9, and the molding material 2 is filled on the whole mold surface while the molding material 2 is being dropped on the mold surface from a supplying hole 3 and the hopper 1 is being improved. The molding material 2 is dropped with a definite wide width W regardless of the amt. of the molding material 2 in the hopper 1. It is thereby possible to flow uniformly the molding material on the mold surface while the molding material is being stably distributed. |
