PURPOSE:To attain lecture without interruption by incorporating a means converting drawn picture information into a digital data train and transmitting it, a means receiving the said data and displaying it on a display device and a speaker. CONSTITUTION:A drawn picture inputted to a manually written input tablet 27 is subjected to control such as conversion to a digital signal and control of display timing or the line by a drawn picture controller 29 of a drawn picture transmitting/receiving device 26. A drawn picture video signal 32 is outputted to a prepared terminal at the same time and it is utilized at other terminal (not shown) at the same time. Further, the drawn picture information is converted into a digital drawn picture data train 31 by a transmission/receiving controller 30. Conversely, the drawn picture data train 31 inputted from the other terminal is converted into a draw picture data train in parallel by the transmission controller 30, transmitted to the drawn picture controller 29 and displayed on a display device 28. |
