PURPOSE:To simplify a working work and to make the working unmanned by providing the tip of a lubricating oil feeding path in the shape of opening to the work opposing face capable of opposing to the work. CONSTITUTION:When a driving cylinder 19a is driven, an oil mist generating device 21 is driven and the oil mist 25 to which a lubricating oil is atomized is fed to the lubricating oil feeding path 13b of the punch main body 13 and injected in the work 23 direction from a feeding port 13c. A thin film of lubricating oil is formed on the work 23 by the mist 25. When the head part 13a of the punch main body of a punch assembly body 9 is punched in the arrow mark C direction by driving a striker in this state, the work 23 is subjected to a punching in the shape of being pinched between the punch main body 13 and a die 22.
