PURPOSE:To prevent arising of a hardened unevenness of a cast resin by hardening a transparent resin with it heated, with a hot blast at a given temperature blasted from an inlet for the transparent resin toward between a color cathode- ray tube and a transparent plate. CONSTITUTION:A cast resin 7 is hardened and a glass 3 is laminated and fixed to a faceplate of a color cathode-ray tube 1, by radiating ultraviolet rays of 700m J/cm<2> from a ultraviolet ray light source 6 simultaneously with a hot blast at the temperature of 40 deg.C generated with an electric heater and fan 13a blasting and heating the cast resin 7 from an inlet 4. This enables arising of a hardened unevenness to be prevented, with eliminating a retraction of an unhardened resin 12 near an inlet 4 toward under the inlet 4 along a downflow 11 as the downflow of the cast resin 7 is restrained. Therefore, a faceplate can have a high quality.
