PURPOSE:To easily execute the cleaning, replacement or the like of an exposure optical system by forming an optical system as a unit and attaining optional attachment/detachment of the optical system. CONSTITUTION:An exposure lamp 15 to be an exposure optical system for image forming reflected light from an original on a photosensitive body, a refractive distribution type photoconductive element lens array 16, an original resister roll 17, an original carrying roll 18, an original detecting sensor 19 or the like are formed as a unit and stored in an exposure unit V1 to be optionally loaded/unloaded to/from a device body A. In said constitution makes it possible to easily and surely execute the cleaning, replacement or the like of the exposure optical system.
