The present invention relates to a device with a retracting and extending spout comprising a spout element whose body 1 closely fits the contour of the flange 7a of a container 7 while bearing on the said flange by a collar 1a. This body 1 is extended by a flexible internal skirt 2 ending in a spout 3. Locking means 6a make it possible to lock the element 6 on the body 1 of the spout element while applying a stress on the latter bringing it into a state of fluid-tightness against the flange 7a of the container 7, the spout element 1 and the double part constituted by the locking element 6 and the stopper 9 being connected together so that the assembly engages in the orifice limited by the flange 7a of the container 7 until there is contact between the collar 1a and the spout element 1 and the said orifice. <IMAGE>
