PURPOSE:To extremely accurately control a laser beam in the transmitting direction with simple structure by independently transmitting/receiving a light beam by different telescopes. CONSTITUTION:Reference light is made incident through an objective lens 1 and an eyepiece 2 in a reference light receiving telescope and divided into two beams by a beam splitter 3. The straight beam is defected by a CCD 5 and the reflected beam is reflected by one face of double-sided reflector 6 and then detected by a quadrant optical detector 8. At that time, the zero point adjustment of the detector 8 and the correction of an optical line difference are executed by an X-Y shifter 9. On the other hand, transmitted laser beams are projected from a laser 10 and reflected by an alignment/beam splitter 11. The reflected beams are reflected by the other face of the reflector 6 and projected to the outside through an eyepiece 12 and an objective lens 13 in a laser beam transmitting telescope. Consequently, the transmitting direction of the laser beams can be extremely accurately controlled by means of the simple structure. |
