PURPOSE:To enable prevention of marring of appearance of a ceiling surface and to improve maintainability, by a method wherein an indoor air suction port is formed so that it is positioned right above an inspection port formed in a ceiling surface, and a heat exchanger for recovering an exhaust heat is movable. CONSTITUTION:An indoor circulating air filter 35 and an exhaust filter 41 are mounted removably from an indoor air suction port 31 through utilization of the indoor air suction port in a state to move a heat exchanger 36 for recovering an exhaust heat. The heat exchanger 36 for recovering an exhaust heat is also mounted removably from the indoor air suction port 31 by moving the heat exchanger in an indoor air suction chamber 43. A feed blower 42 and an exhaust blower 37 can be respectively inspected in a state to remove the heat exchanger 36 for recovering an exhaust heat located in the middle therebetween. A blower 33 for circulating indoor air can be inspected through an inspection cover part 45 without removing a heat exchanger 32 for heating and cooling in a way to open the inspection cover in a state to move it toward the indoor air suction chamber 43 side. |
