PURPOSE:To improve the combustion efficiency of fuel oil and save fuel consumption, by a method wherein the projections of poles are formed at the opposing ends of poles of two sets of magnetic members and fuel oil is passed from the oil passing hole of one magnetic member through the passageway of one synthetic resin member and is discharged from the passageway of the other synthetic resin member through the oil passing hole of the other magnetic member. CONSTITUTION:A synthetic resin member 10 is fitted into the internal hole 13 of the combination 12 of permanent magnets to prevent the positional deviation of the permanent magnets 3 and form the passageway 19 of fuel oil therein. Further, a coil 25 is wound around the outer periphery of the synthetic resin member 10 while the coil 25 is constituted so that a voltage is impressed thereon and a current is conducted therethrough normally. When the fuel oil passes through a space between the projections 16 of the opposing poles of two sets of magnetic members 4, it is detoured by a partitioning member 24 and it receives the effect of magnetic forces two times in total from respective projections 16 of the poles whereby combustion efficiency in an internal combustion engine may be improved by the physical and chemical changes, effected by the magnetic forces. On the other hand, the coil 25 is conducted and the fuel oil is provided with an electric charge during passing through the passageway 19 of the synthetic resin member 10 whereby the combustion efficiency may be improved further more. |
