PURPOSE:To increase the quantity of current per one information and to obtain a signal good in S/N by driving two electron beam generating means by one input signal. CONSTITUTION:An optical information signal inputted from one dimensionally arranged optical fibers 1 is received by a photodetector array 2 disposed correspondingly to the respective fibers 1 and drives an electron beam source 3 according to the received signal. At that time, by driving at least two electron beam sources, the quantity of the current per one information is increased. An electron beam from the electron beam source 3 is deflected by an electron beam deflecting electrode 4 and the information from the respective optical fibers 1 is freely transmitted to a desired one of the optical fibers 1.
