PURPOSE:To increase the number of terminals without making a terminal plate large by providing a terminal connecting mechanism to which an auxiliary circuit board is fitted to terminal projecting from a terminal board. CONSTITUTION:The terminal plate where many terminals projecting to at least one surface side are embedded while insulated and the auxiliary circuit board fitted directly to the projecting terminals of the terminal board directly so that terminals of a printed circuit are electrically conductive are provided. Namely, AC shield wires 35b are up to the 4th wires inside from the substrate center sides of connectors 19 of a PCB 25 set on a 1st substrate 10 and a PCB 25 set on a 2nd substrate 11, a connector 19 soldered to the PCB 25 corresponding to 256 connectors 19 of the substrates and wires 36 from which their coatings are removed from the same flank 26 are run through holes 24b formed in the PCB 25, and wires 36 are soldered on the reverse surface 27. Thus, the shield wires 35 are wired to position the 1st substrate 10 and the 2nd substrate 11 coaxially, thereby holding the 2nd substrate 11 by the 1st substrate 10.
