<p>PURPOSE:To prevent breakage at the time of misfire by stopping gas supply to cylinders and side chambers when the pressure upstream a check valve in a gas supply path leading to the side chamber exceeds a set value, or when the exhaust temp. has sunk below the set value. CONSTITUTION:A pressure switch 24 is installed upstream a check valve 22 in a gas supply line 17 leading to a side chamber 15, and a thermo-couple 11 is mounted on an exhaust pipe 10, and sensing signals therefrom are entered in a relay box 26. When the pressure is exceeds a set value, or the exhaust temp. is below set value, a solenoid valve 28 or 20 is shut to stop gas supply to a cylinder 8 and side chamber 15. Thereby misfire is sensed certainly to serve prevention of the engine from breakage.</p> |
