PURPOSE:To manufacture a cathode plate with paste having steady physical property independent of atmospheric temperature by preparing paste by adding lignin to specific lead powder, and impregnating the paste in a substrate. CONSTITUTION:Lignin is added to lead powder mainly comprising lead and lead oxide, and they are kneaded to prepare paste. By existing of lignin, the reaction indicated in the formula is retarded and the physical property of the paste does not charge, and smooth impregnation is made possible. Therefore, a cathode plate is manufactured with the paste having steady physical property independent of atmospheric temperature. |
