PURPOSE:To efficiently execute the adjusting work for clamping position by arranging a stopper shifting setting unit in the operation disk of die casting machine and digital-inputting the clamp approaching position and pull-out quantity of an automatic take-out device under matching to actual state of the die. CONSTITUTION:The dies 15, 16 are fitted to die plates 13, 14 of the die casting machine A and the casting is manually tried. Then, a distance (x) from the position approaching the clamp 1 in the automatic take-up device B in parallel with the partition face of die to the die fitting face of plate 13 is actually measured, so as to hold the center part of biscuit part 17 of the casting product. Further, the casting product is tried to take out from the die and the pull-out stroke (y) to be surely possible to work is actually measured. At the time of inputting the actual measured values (x), (y) to the stopper shifting setting device 11 of the operation disk 12, motors 6, 6' are rotated as matching with the digital inputted quantity and the positions of stoppers 8, 8' are set. In this way, the adjusting work for clamping position in the automatic take-out device is efficiently executed.
