PURPOSE:To stop the operation of a circuit system for processing and generating an unnecessary signal by properly setting the supply and the stop of a operating power to the respective circuit systems of an electron movie video and an electron still video. CONSTITUTION:A decoder circuit 31 decodes a power save signal PS impressed to an external terminal 32 and accordingly freely sets the opening and closing of opening and closing switches 29, 30. Namely, when the opening and closing switch 29 is closed and the opening and closing switch 30 is opened, a current mirror circuit 26 is cut off, the operation of a composite video signal system 23 is stopped and signals R-Y, B-Y, Y+S are outputted from output terminals 9-11 by a chroma system 24. On the contrary, when the switch 30 is closed, the operating power is not supplied to stop the chroma signal system 24 and only composite video signal Sc is outputted from an output terminal 12.
