The subject of the present invention is a guidance, positioning and drilling probe associated with an intramedullary nail. This probe is characterised in that it comprises a shaft 8, which is at least partially flexible and capable of rotating and being displaced axially in a tubular guidance element 9, the said shaft 8 carrying, at a distal end, a drill head, and at its proximal end, means 13 for coupling to a rotary motor 14, whereas the said tubular guidance element 9 interacts with a guidance and positioning head 15 formed at its distal head and defining a passage 17 which, in combination with a straight bore formed in the said tubular guidance element 9, guides the said shaft 8.
