PURPOSE:To offer a line without procedure between two optional terminals connected to terminal stations by connecting a master station and plural slave stations, having terminals,, in a loop shape and providing a transmission line where data is transmitted in one way. CONSTITUTION:The master station MS and plural slave stations SV1-SV3 having the terminals TM1-TM3 are connected in a loop shape and the transmission lines HW01, HW12, HW23 and HW30 where the data is transmitted in one way are provided in a titled system. A certain time after the master station MS transmits connection possible information and connection impossible information to the respective slave stations SV1-SV3, the master station makes a main data generation control circuit 2 output a control signal CN0 to a main switching circuit 1 and separates an output edge from the output stage of the main data generation control circuit 2 so as to connect the output edge to an input edge. Thus the connection possible information is inputted, so that any two stations of the slave station terminals TM1-TM3, which are connected to the transmission lines HW01, HW12, HW23 and HW30 can transmit and receive the transmission data.
