PURPOSE:To enable uniform blow forming operation to be accomplished by firmly attaching one end of many parallel capillary tubes to a die block, holding the other end with a pair of plates and by forming a gap for air blow between the plates and capillary tubes. CONSTITUTION:A melt blow die is constructed with a die block 7, a pair of gas plates 9, 9 and many capillary tubes 3. The die block 7 is provided with a passage 11 for molten thermoplastic resin, said capillary tubes 3 put in parallel in a planar way being passed through the front of the passage 11 to hold these tubes firmly. Along with holding the other end of said capillary tubes 3 with the lips 8, 8 of a pair of gas plates 9, 9, a plural of gaps 5 is formed between the lips 8 and the capillary tubes 3, a blow gas being subjected to blowout through said gaps; whereas a gas feed passage 12 is formed between the gas plates 9 and the die block 7.
