PURPOSE:To recognize a moving range easily by putting one side of a member to be recognized which has a through-hole and a side of a member penetrating the through-hole of said member on an X.Y table 15, moving the member in a fixed direction and detecting positions prevented from positional displacement successively in a through-hole moving range recognizing device. CONSTITUTION:A video head 2 fixes and holds a temporally fixed video cylinder 1 and a chuck means 13 chucks the video head 2 with pressure. The moving direction of the X.Y table 15 mounting a chuck is specified in the axial direction to execute a contact terminal detecting subroutine. The current position of the axis is inputted to a position detector 19 through a measuring element and the obtained positional data is processed by a central processing part 22 through an I/O part 21 and stored in a storage part 23 as the current positional data. Subsequently, an axis fixing pitch command is applied to a positioning device, the X.Y table is moved by a shaft motor 16 and every positional data is accumulated until positional displacement is not generated. |
