PURPOSE:To improve agitation effect by fixing an agitation plate to a shaft member provided on a vessel so as to face to the direction of the reciprocation of the shaft and providing a pump to the shaft to pump the liquid up by the reciprocation of the shaft. CONSTITUTION:When a control device 17 is put into operation and a cylinder device is driven, a shaft pipe 10 connected to a cylinder rod 5a is vertically reciprocated, and the agitating plate 11 and a reciprocating cylinder body 15b provided to the lower part of the agitating plate are also vertically reciprocated. And, on one hand, an enamel is agitated and the each component is homogenuously mixed, and, on the other hand, the enamel in homogenuous state is pumped up by the pump 12. Two kinds of tapered circulating holes 11a, 11b are formed in the agitating plate 11 to agitate the liquid effectively. |
