PURPOSE:To prevent acidic deterioration of sheets and to minimize contamination even if the sheets are ruptured by providing a drain hole to the base of a vertical hole covered by the sheet, laying branch corals in the hole, and repeating the throwing of industrial waste thereon and laying of coral sand, etc., thereon. CONSTITUTION:The base and inside peripheral face of the nearly perpendicular vertical hole arriving at the bedrock are covered with the water impermeable sheets and the industrial waste is thrown into the vertical hole covered with the sheets. The sewage flowing down to the base of the vertical hole is recovered from the drain hole bored near the base. The branch corals are laid on the base of the vertical hole covered with the sheets and thereafter, the stage for throwing the industrial waste on the laid branch corals and the stage for laying the coral sand or porous materials to a prescribed thickness are alternately repeated until the vertical hole is filled. As a result, the acidic deterioration of the sheets is prevented and the degree of the contamination is minimized even if the sheets are turn.
