<p>PURPOSE:To monitor an abnormality in the hydraulic pressure when molding is effected so as to prevent defective molding or damage to a mold or a molder, by memorizing a detected hydraulic pressure value of an arbitrary molding cycle as a reference value, adnd issuing an alarm when the deviation between the reference value and values detected in the whole range of the molding cycles exceeds an allowance value. CONSTITUTION:When an operator judges the data memorized in a data memory 27 as a data to be a reference value, and a key of a setting apparatus 25 is pushed down, the memorized data is transferred as a reference value X0 to the reference value memory 28. Then after the reference value X0 is set, all of the values X detected by a sensor 22 act on a comparator 31. On the other hand, the allowance value DELTAP set via an allowance setting apparatus 29 is together with the reference value X0 processed in an adder 30, and is compared with an upper limit (X0+DELTAP) to be acted on the comparator where it is compared with the detected values X. When the detected value X exceeds the upper limit (X0+ DELTAP), an alarm is issued.</p> |
