Adhesion promoters for metal substrates for paints cross-linkable with U.V. or E.B. radiations or with peroxides of general formula: <IMAGE> (I) (wherein R, m and n have the meaning which we will specify in the disclosure), obtained by means of the reaction of glycidyl acrylate and/or glycidyl methacrylate with dihydrophosphonoacetic acid.
