PURPOSE:To obtain comfortable admiration by a large number of viewers, by shielding disturbance light with a polarizing panel, blocking temperature rise in a casing with a cooling device and an infrared rays eliminating filter, and preventing the generating function of the original image of a liquid crystal panel from being lowered. CONSTITUTION:A cooling fan 18 is provided in the inside of the upper part of an upper intake hole in the casing 2, and is operated by a motor 22 provided at the rear part neighboring to the intake hole through a mission 10, and exhausts the air from a lower exhaust hole 3, thereby, prevents the temperature rise in the inside of the casing 2 due to a lamp 9 from occurring, and the function to generate the original image from being lowered due to the temperature rise in the liquid crystal panel 14. A beam of light transmitting the liquid crystal panel 14 is provided with a polarizing property, and furthermore, it is observed directly transmitting a light scattering glass 6 of ground glass which holds the polarizing property, however, the reflected light of the disturbance 16 from a window or an illumination instrument in a room, etc., is shielded or reduced by the polarizing panel 7 attached on an external plane outside a screen 6.
