PURPOSE:To prevent air from being mixed into a liquid by providing a rotary member on the part of a rotary shaft between the introducing port of liquid provided on the upper part of an impeller and said impeller. CONSTITUTION:The top face of the inner-conduit 11 inserting part of an upper housing 5 is formed into steps with a low center part, and a rotary member 24 is fixed to a rotary shaft 3 while keeping a slight gap toward the step faces of the upper housing 5. And, even if there is dispersion in a discharge pressure due to the fluctuation of load to a liquid pump, a liquid quantity discharged out of backside vanes 4a is restricted, without exceeding the quantity of liquid 21 which flows in from an introducing port 25, thereby, maintaining a liquid level B 20b without causing air in a pump air chamber 22 to be drawn into the backside vane 4a part.
