PURPOSE:To form a highly accurate print pattern quickly with high yield, by employing a squeegee for running ink onto a material to be printed separately from a squeegee for blotting operation. CONSTITUTION:In the stage for running onto a print circuit board 10, a first squeegee 13 slides with a plate 12, and since the underface of the plate 12 is in contact with the print circuit board 10, a portion of ink 14 permeats through the plate 12 so as to form a print pattern onto the print circuit board 10. Upon moving to blotting operation, the ink 1 is scooped by means of the first squeegee 13 and a scooper 15. A blotting paper 17 is arranged below the plate 12, and a second squeegee 16 is lowered to a position in contact with the plate 12 so as to suck the ink which has struck through the plate 12 by means of the blotting paper 17. Consequently, the ink is not struck through the plate 12 and the blotting work is carried out quickly and reliably, and the ink is not applied uselessly onto the paper.
