PURPOSE:To provide practical heat resistance, oil cracking resistance, high- temperature oil resistance and practical strength by molding a biaxially oriented styrene group resin sheet containing specific components and preparing a molding product having transparency without any portion of more than a specific HAZE value. CONSTITUTION:A biaxially oriented styrene group resin sheet, containing totally 4-20wt% of any one, two or more of acrylic acid, methacrylic acid, or maleic anhydride, is molded and immersed in a salad oil bath adjusted to be of temperature of -10 deg.C of Vicat softening point of resin for 1min, and a molded product having transparency without any portion of more than 10% of HAZE value (measured basing on ASTM D1003) is molded. By keeping the contained percentage of acrylic acid, methacrylic acid or maleic anhydride within said range, practical heat resistance can be secured at 100 deg.C or over while keeping transparency of styrene, and also practical strength can be provided by being biaxially oriented. The molded product of orientation structure without any portion of 10% or less HAZE value has high-temperature oil resistance for practical use. |
