PURPOSE:To make the captioned shroud right-weight by molding a shroud body with a synthetic resin material of low specific gravity and forming a stay for installing a motor fan with a synthetic resin material mixed with glass fiber. CONSTITUTION:The core part of a heat exchanger is covered with a shroud body 1, to which a motor fan installing stay 2 is assembled. The shroud body 1 is formed with a synthetic resin material of a small specific gravity which is mixed with an inorganic filler, while the stay 2 is formed with a synthetic resin material mixed with glass fiber. Thereby, the shroud can be formed light- weight as a whole, reducing worpage, distortion, and twist while maintaining the weight of the shroud.
