PURPOSE:To obtain the elastic surface wave element with very excellent characteristics, by implanting the metallic layer in the piezoelectric ceramic substrate constituting the surface wave element and reflecting the unrequired bulk elastic wave effectively. CONSTITUTION:A metallic layer 4 is implanted in the piezoelectric ceramic substrate 3 constituting surface wave element. This metallic layer 4 effectively reflects the unnecessary bulk elastic waves, allowing the elastic waves to prevent from being reached to the comb type electrode 6 for delection. Thus, the elastic surface wave element with very excellent characteristics can be obtained. |
