PURPOSE:To surely prevent change of blackening of body color of unheated crustaceans over long term, by keeping the unheated crustaceans from being exposed to air. CONSTITUTION:Crustaceans such as lobster, crab, etc., left in unheated state are shut out from air by deoxidant or by keeping in vacuum or keeping in an inert gas together with the deoxidant. |
