PURPOSE:To integrally form two multiplying circuits at two stages and to attain a small-sized circuit in a simple shape by connecting four diodes with specific polarity in a ring-like shape between I/O transmission lines composed of three conductors. CONSTITUTION:The titled circuit includes coplanar lines 17 and 18 which are formed on a dielectric substrate 1a and whose one ends function as an input port 15a and an output port 16a respectively, the diodes 11a-14a connected between the two coplanar lines 17 and 18, and metallic wires 19 and 20 connecting both outer conductors of the coplanar lines 17 and 18. Both outer conductors are formed integrally and continuously. A pair of diodes 11a and 12a on the input side are connected in the normal direction from the upper conductor to the lower one, while a pair of diodes 13a and 14a are connected in the normal direction from the central conductor to the conductors on both sides of the coplanar line 18. Thus the four diodes 11a-14a can be arranged in the small space, whereby the dimension of the circuit is minimized and it can be easily adjusted.
