摘要 |
PURPOSE:To obtain a disk with excellent heat resistance by forming an optical disk from a resin monomer while being polymerized in a series of closed system so as to obtain a disk not including impurity. CONSTITUTION:A resin monomer 1 is put in a tank 2 and the monomer 1 is led between an upper belt 3 and a lower belt 4. While the monomer passes through between the belts 3 and 4, a semi-polymer A5 is polymerized from a low degree of polymerization into a state forming a shape. The heated and polymerized semi-polymer sheet B6 is press-formed by upper/lower stampers 7, 8 to manufacture an optical disk. Moreover, a signal recording face 9 is formed to the stampers 7, 8 to prevent the polymer A5 from being flowed out by a spacer provided between the upper and lower stampers 7, 8. Then the mixture of impurity to the disk is prevented and a multi-functional resin monomer is used to attain excellent heat resistance for the disk. |
