EQUIPMENT CONTAINING CHECK FUNCTION

PURPOSE:To decrease the number of output ports and also to shorten the checking time by supplying a command to read out the internal data to extract the necessary data to outside and at the same time performing in series the input of those commands and read-out of data via a single port. CONSTITUTION:The output of a signal generator 1 is set at the prescribed value and given to a preamplifier 3. Then a gain switching circuit 4 is operated by a command of an external checking device 7 and the port output of a microcomputer 2. Thus the gain of the preamplifier 3 is set at G0. Then a command is delivered to read out the internal data D0 in response to the signal input of the generator 1. Hereafter the gains of the preamplifier 3 are successively set in the same way and each corresponding data is read out to the device 7. In such a way, a check indication command is supplied from outside to simply change the checking process as necessary. Then the desired check is carried out in a short time.
