PURPOSE:To directly accommodate a telephone set for terminal equipment accessing a data base to a private branch of exchange main body by referencing a charge table based on a destination number of the data base and its data number, and charging the total of the talking charge and the data base connection charge. CONSTITUTION:As a charge table 6, the registered data for a talking connection unit time, the charge per the connection unit time, the connection unit time of the data base and the charge per the connection unit time is provided. In applying connection to the data base, the charge table is referenced based on the destination number of the data base and its data number to charge the sum of the talking charge and the data base connection charge. Thus, the telephone set for a terminal equipment to be connected to the data base is accommodated in an exchange main body 2 of a private branch of exchange for a terminal equipment and charged.
