PURPOSE:To suppress the resonance of the spurious mode by corresponding the magnetic field distribution of a transmission line to a magnetizing distribution in the main resonance mode of a ferromagnetic thin film. CONSTITUTION:The ferromagnetic thin film 1 is a discoid YIG thin film, for example, and a transmission line 3 whose one end is connected to a ground conductor 2 is coupled magnetically with the ferromagnetic thin film 1. A notch 4 is provided respectively to a part opposed to the circumferential ridge of the ferromagnetic thin film 1 at both ends in the width W of the transmission line 3 and high impedance parts 5 are formed in parallel. The suspended line structure is adopted for the resonance part having the ferromagnetic thin film 1. Thus, the coupling between the ferromagnetic thin film 1 and the transmission line 3 is weakened with respect to the spurious mode and the spurious mode resonance is suppressed effectively.
