PURPOSE:To fractionize quality sections of grains by inputting the measured value of each grain of a sample which is measured by a measurement part to a control part and deciding the grain size uniformity of the measured sample. CONSTITUTION:The measurement part 6 measures the sample, grain by grain, and inputs measured values to the control part 4 which has a CPU34. The control part 4 processes the measured values inputted from the measurement part 6 when a specific number of grains are completely measured to decide the grain uniformity state, thereby outputting a signal corresponding to the decision result of the grain uniformity. Consequently, the labor for decision making is reduced, the decision accuracy is improved, and the quality sections can be fractionized as compared with when characteristics in quality decision items are measured visually.
