PURPOSE:To improve the reliability to attain long service life and to prevent a fault at a bank or the like by providing a protection cover having insulation and flexibility to both faces of a disk shaped recording medium read by a light. CONSTITUTION:Flexible protection covers 2A, 2B are provided to both faces of an optical disk 1 read by a light. Thus, a Compact Disk of large storage capacity is provided to increase the storage capacity of the portable card. The information specific to a person such as finger print or voice print is written on a card made of the disk 1 as a complicated cryptographic code, the information written on the card of the portable Compact Disk is used as collation reference information for person identification and a person is identified by collating the collation reference information with the information specific to the person such as finger print or voice print inputted again. |
