PURPOSE:To easily explain the retrieval and operations of commands by referring to the information on the commands stored in a manual means, a hierarchy table means and a keyboard table means. CONSTITUTION:A manual means 15 stores the operation explaining sentences for the commands supplied from an input means 11. A hierarchy table means 16 and a keyword table means 17 store the hierarchical structure information and the keyword information on the commands supplied from the means 11. A CPU 14 refers to the information on those commands stored in the means 15-17 to perform explanation for retrieval and operations of commands.
