CONSTITUTION:Right and left hood ridges 5 including a cowl box 2, a dash lower 3, right and left front pillars, etc. are molded and assembled and an engine, a suspension device, etc. are put in from the open front part of the right and left hood ridges 5 and installed. On the other hand, a radiator core support 7 is molded and assembled by a separate line from the hood ridge 5 and a radiator 13, a head lamp 14, a bumper 15, a radiator grill 16, etc. are assembled to it, and the aiming adjustment of the head lamp 14 is carried out. After that, the radiator core support 6 is brought close to the right and left hood ledge 5 from the front and the plural brackets 17 of the core support 6 is joined to closing plates 11, 12 with bolts 18 and nuts 19, thereby, completing a body front part to which various function parts are assembled.</p> |
