SELECTING DEVICE FOR WORKING FORM OF DEVICE CONTAINING CPU

PURPOSE:To realize selection of device working conditions in response to the degree of expertness of a user or necessity for change of the working conditions, by changing the set working conditions of a device containing a CPU by means of a switch. CONSTITUTION:The working conditions of a device containing a CPU are properly set by controlling plural input switches 10 from outside. While a clock switch 12 is operated to store fixedly the working conditions set previously by the switch 10. A memory 24 stores the set working conditions. A working state selecting means 32 selects the working state of the device containing a CPU in response to the operation of the switch 12 directly based on the contents set by the switch 10 in a release mode of switch 12 and then based on the set contents stored in the memory 24 in a fixed mode of the switch 12. Therefore the switch 12 is always kept closed as long as it is not needed to change the working conditions of the switch after the switch 10 is once operated by an expert. Thus an unskilled operator can perform measurement in a simple way.
