PURPOSE:To exactly burn in a classified information code, a frame, etc. of a film on a frame position, by providing a means for detecting an individual marker part and generating a signal, and executing the burning-in by an exposing means based on a pulse after the signal has been generated. CONSTITUTION:Between a notch cutter 5 and a feeding drum 4, a notch detecting means 6 consisting of a combination of a light emitting element and a light receiving element, and as a perforation detecting means 7 detect a notch 3 and a perforation 2, and send detecting signals to a control unit. Subsequently, the control unit receives the notch detecting signal, the perforation detecting signal, and a pulse outputted from an encoder in synchronization with a rotation of the feeding drum 4, operates an exposing means 9 based on the number of output pulses of the encoder 8, which has been counted from the time point when the perforation detecting signal after an input of the notch detecting signal has been inputted, and executes burning-in of a symbol on a roller film 1. In this way, a film information code, a frame number, and a symbol of a frame, etc. can always be burned in stably and exactly on a frame position.
