PURPOSE:To improve the brake performance by adjusting the timing in keeping the brake hydraulic pressure in each hydraulic pressure piping system to the earlier pressurization signal obtained for the wheels in the piping systems and adjusting the timing in repressurization to the delayed timing in the release of the holding signals. CONSTITUTION:In a control circuit 9 for controlling actuators 8a and 8b which are installed into the cross pipings A and B and perform control for the brake hydraulic pressure, the control calculation circuits 11a-11d which output the holding and decompression signals of the brake hydraulic pressure on the basis of the outputs of the wheel speed detecting circuits 10a-10d are installed. Further, the OR elements 12a and 12b for executing the logic sum processing for the holding signals applied onto the wheels belonging to a same piping system and the AND elements 13a and 13b which execute the logic product treatment between the decompression signal and the outputs of the operation prohibiting circuits 15a and 15b which generate the signals when signals are input from the incorrectness detecting circuits 14a and 14b are installed. The incorrectness detecting circuits 14a and 14b are constituted so that an output is transmitted when signals are outputted at the same time from the elements 12 and 13.
